Glacial Lake Cranberries is a historic and sustainable cranberry marsh that has been in continuous operation since 1873. This family owned and operated cranberry marsh offers one-of-a-kind cranberry tours during harvest which is late-September through late-October. Experience the cranberry harvest, listen to the song of the sandhill crane, and view the vibrant fall colors over a bright sea of red. Learn history and fun facts, view videos, and shop for cranberry-themed gifts at the Glacial Lake Cranberries Visitor Center. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the harvest in action and breathtaking views!

During this time, customers can receive 50% off oil changes and a portion of every oil change will be donated to United Way of Inner Wisconsin. Also, staff will be grilling up hot dogs from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm; the cost for a hot dog is a donation to United Way of Inner Wisconsin.

Huge bake sale with Helen Ponchacks home made bread from the Little Pink Restarant. 50/50 raffle and loads of Halloween fun. An event you don’t want to miss! If you like Halloween its the place to be. Its outside so dress accordingly and plan on being the for at least an hour. One day only! Sunday, October 26th from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm. 1200 people went through it last year raising $10,000 for the little girl the event was put on for.

We’re all set, with another terrific line up of shorts of all genres, including comedy, thriller, biography, documentary, fantasy and sci-fi! We have three great feature-length films this year as well! These award-willing films are from right here in Central Wisconsin, the mid-west, Spain, France, Switzerland, Japan, Columbia, and Cuba! Viewings are in five locations, and two different weekends: Friday, October 24 & Saturday October 25 in Amherst at the Lettie Jensen Community Center and at the New Visions Gallery in Marshfield; Friday, October 24 in Stevens Point at the Dreyfus University Theater at UWSP and in Wausau at the Center for the Visual Arts; and in Wisconsin Rapids on Friday, November 7 & Saturday, November 8 at the Gilbert and Jaylee Mead Auditorium.

All shows start at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students, $15 for a weekend pass.
