What is a Cranberry and Color Package?
We’ve created a series of “cranberry and color” packages for our visitors to ensure you have the best possible Cranberry Experience in the Wisconsin Rapids area. Each package includes a two-night stay and each one is uniquely different! They’re available by calling (800) 554-4484 during regular business hours. They’re available September through October at participating hotels. Drive the world-famous Cranberry Highway, visit with local growers, take home a giant pumpkin, or sample cranberry treats — the choice is yours.
How do I book my reservation?
Reservations can be made online anytime or by calling (800) 554-4484 during regular business hours. These special rates and packages are only available through the Wisconsin Rapids Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.
How do I know the website is safe?

Who will call me with my reservation confirmation?
A Visitor Services Coordinator from the Wisconsin Rapids Area Convention & Visitors Bureau will call and email you a reservation confirmation during regular business days and hours. Please note, due to demand, certain dates may be unavailable. See each package for more information.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Changes and cancellations can only be made through the Convention & Visitors Bureau. Please call (800) 554-4484 or email cvbstaff@visitwisrapids.com with your request. A 10% deposit, charged to your credit card upon booking the package, is non-refundable. There is no fee for changing your reservation date.
When will I receive my tickets, map, etc.?
Amenities included with your package (Cranberry Highway Map, tickets, etc.) will be provided to you upon check-in at your hotel. You can also request a Visitors Guide to be mailed in advance.
We’re traveling as a family, can my package include more than two people?
Each package includes amenities based on two people. Families and larger groups are welcome; please specify your requested room type (two doubles, crib) in the comments area of the reservation form. Additional tickets for Glacial Lake Cranberries and the Cranberry Discovery Museum may be purchased at each location at the standard rate.
I booked my package Saturday morning and I still haven’t been confirmed. Please help!
The Convention & Visitors Bureau is making every attempt to confirm your reservation as quickly as possible.
